Learning Management System (LMS)

A regular classroom course is composed, among other things, of lessons, materials, exercises, quizzes, assignments, discussions, etc. Typically, the teacher or instructor organizes and keeps a record of all these documents and activities. In an online course, all these things must also be organized and a record must be kept. That is why we use an LMS.

LMS stands for Learning Management System and it is a term used for a computer system specifically developed for managing and delivering online courses, distributing course materials and allowing collaboration between students and teachers. An LMS allows us to manage every aspect of a course, from the registration of students to the storing of test results, as well as allowing us to accept assignments digitally and keep in touch with students.

An LMS allows us to effortlessly keep track of student details, course progress, and test results. It also allows students to pay their course fees online via credit card, or debit card. In our case, we use Talent LMS, an award-winning platform used in over 70,000 organizations across the world including Philips, Lindt, Isuzu, etc.
